Join the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), and the National Energy Education Development Project (NEED), the Hydropower Foundation and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Water Power Technologies Office as they take participants on a deeper dive through the educational resources housed on the STEM for Hydropower Portal.
As a participant, you will receive a sneak peak of the outline and ideas behind upcoming hydropower curricula and even provide feedback to help develop it further. From learning about existing high school- and undergraduate-level resources to discussing the increasing need for additional technical materials for graduate students, this is a tremendous opportunity for individuals in the hydropower industry, academia, and students to speak about educational resources that will mold the workforce of tomorrow.
